    helpful staff
    great amenities

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. On my first visit, the staff even helped me find my lost barrette. A great tip is to confide in them about any needs. I'll be back for Christmas!

    spacious family room
    friendly service
    great swimming pool
    ineffective ac unit

We had a wonderful stay with our three grandkids, enjoying the spacious family room and the lovely swimming pool. The kids loved visiting the nearby At-Bristol complex, perfect for a day of fun and learning. The staff made everything easy with their friendly service.

For dads, it would be great if the AC worked better.

The Mercure Bristol Holland House features a lovely modern design, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate its spacious and well-maintained areas. The decor blends the city's history with comforting tones, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Breakfast options should be replenished more consistently.

    inviting decor
    clear signage
    spacious lobby
    uncomfortable seating
    limited dining comfort

The hotel's decor beautifully blends Bristol's industrial history with warm, inviting tones, making it feel like home. The spacious lobby and clear signage made navigating easy for those of us who appreciate a little extra support.

More comfortable seating in the dining area.

    spacious room
    great location
    family-friendly amenities
    inadequate soundproofing

The location is perfect for families, as we had an easy stroll to the Cabot Circus shopping center where my toddler enjoyed the fun sights. The spacious room provided ample play space for our little one, and the daily coffee refills were a nice touch after sleepless nights.

My kids wished for better soundproofing between rooms to minimize noise disruptions.

    top-notch steaks
    fresh vibes
    fruit flies
    disappointing service

The steaks around the harbour area are top-notch, especially at Severnshed—total flavor explosion! Plus, the rooms are spot on with fresh vibes and comfort that’s hard to beat.

The lounge bar had fruit flies buzzing about, and the food didn’t hit the spot. tortillas with pulled pork were a right letdown! Service felt a bit off, like they forgot about us while we were waiting.
